Vocal Training
…without fear of making mistakes
1
Identify the student’s goals
2
Select music that inspires growth
3
Refine their style and execution
We each have unique, untapped abilities that are waiting to be discovered. We just need the right support to uncover them! By introducing singers to a variety of techniques, genres, and opportunities, I guide students to learn from a position of exploration, not perfection.
I draw from years of applied study, performance, and experience as a formal educator to adapt to the singer in front of me. Rather than using a one-size-fits all approach, I train, prepare, and invite singers to expand their capabilities while instilling confidence and building skills.
Our studio is friendly, supportive, and fun! Not only do students participate in lessons, they are introduced to professionally-equipped recording studios, software, and state of the art equipment. Students participate in showcases and other incredible opportunities to share their talents.
Meet The Vocal Coach
I am a Grammy-nominated, singer-songwriter, producer with a background in early childhood education, specifically, the Reggio Emilia Approach.
A performer from a very young age, I understand the obstacles and pressures that aspiring vocalists face.
My goal as a vocal coach is help my students reach their personal best, valuing progress over perfection.

This is a great fit for the student who….
Loves to sing and want to improve.
Is preparing for conservatory or high school admission, school shows, or camps
Wants to audition for Broadway, recording artists, or launch their own career.
Has tried group study, but is ready for more
Needs a vocal coach who is patient, encouraging, and energetic.
Desires an experienced coach who has worked with singers of varying aptitudes
Wants support from a coach who truly cares about their success
What Parents Say
“My daughter refuses to miss any of her weekly sessions with Rachel. I signed her up for voice lessons and her confidence and technique has blossomed beyond what I could have hoped for. With Rachel, W has learned about music theory, music history, harmony and received support in auditions and recitals nurturing a true love of music. Rachel has a wonderful ability to both meet W where she is and help to guide her out of her comfort zone - I’m grateful.”

“Working with Rachel as her voice teacher has been a wonderful experience for my child. From the very first lesson, Rachel's deep knowledge of vocal technique, combined with a clear understanding of my child's unique voice, made her feel supported and inspired. Rachel creates a space that is both challenging and nurturing, encouraging growth while celebrating individuality, and making it fun - because she is truly passionate about music, and so proud of her students! We're incredibly grateful to have found such a gifted and dedicated teacher.”
